My Superfood Equivalent
Who
here is going to sit down in one meal, and eat:
- 1 whole red pepper,
- 1 cup of brussel sprouts,
- 4 eggs,
- 2 cups of baked beans,
- 1 cup of spinach,1a large steak,
- 1 fillet of fish,
- 2 beets,
- 1 banana,
- 1 heaping cup of cottage cheese,
- 1 cup of rice/grains,
- 1 bottle of yogurt drink,
- 2 tbsp of flax seed and greens?
How would you feel digesting all of that?
This is what I am getting nutrients-wise in each shake or protein bar because they are not snack additives....they are meal replacements.
When it comes to supplements, do your homework! They're not all created equal.
